[程序员] 招商银行收海外汇款开始扣费了，每笔 5 美元

应该是从 5 月份开始，收 Google 的打款开始被扣钱，招商说是海外链路调整，花旗银行每笔收的钱。招商银行说自己没有通知义务，用户能收到钱他的任务就完成了，中间被谁扣了多少他管不着。

求问有没有靠谱稳定的收款渠道？
