[宽带症候群] 四川电信多拨上行是不是不叠加了

想问下各位，有测试过吗，我试了下多拨能 3 拨，但上行不叠加
家里用的 259 的电信，不是因为可以多播叠加上行还有公网 ip ，早就想换成其他宽带了
