[问与答] 目前 iPad mini 4 仅浏览器都卡的没法用，这是为什么？

iPad mini 4 ，系统未升级保持在 iOS 12 ，恢复出厂设置，未安装任何 app ，仅连接 wifi

用系统自带 safari 浏览器看 B 站发现卡的根本没法用，连充电头与用电池均卡
表现在点链接、点播放器等都会有个 5 、6 秒的延迟，反应卡顿

我知道这是一个 10 年前的老设备
但 A8 芯片当时发布的时候，似乎浏览器访问网站都不会有效率问题

请教各位，这是哪些地方的瓶颈造成了浏览器的卡顿？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
