如题，是偏远地区的精装房，是否需要重刷墙皮，装修之类的问题，没经历过，望指教
至于房价啦，涨跌啦，不在本地讨论范围之内，也不想讨论这些。
还有就是拿钥匙的时候，需要缴纳哪些款项，都不太清楚

  3. Adjust your preference.
