[问与答] clash 开启系统代理无效，必须手动设置代理地址

具体来说，clash 有一个系统代理切换设置，我发现 clash 中开系统代理，就是把代理 ip 地址设置成了 127.0.0.1 ，这个时候什么网页都访问不了，包括墙外和墙内的。我手动把代理 ip 地址设置成 localhost ，竟然就都正常了。这是什么原理？怎么让 clash 系统代理切换正常？
