[问与答] 威联通怎么修改 docker 镜像源

现在的情况： 朋友有一个威联通，docker hub 被墙了，他也没有代理。所以我想远程帮他修改一下默认镜像源，让他直接拉取一下镜像。 至于为啥不弄梯子，太麻烦了，我也不太熟悉威联通
