[程序员] 是否应该听领导的

本人本科学历，去年春招校招入职了一家初创 ai 公司，面试的是后端 Java 内容，结果转正转岗做前端，陆陆续续干了快一年，前几天领导叫我去学习深度学习的内容，然后跟着团队做算法。我个人的职业规划是精尽前端的同时顺便学学一点后端，现在又再叫我去学算法真的是心有余而力不足，而且本科算法在就业市场上也没啥竞争力，各位大佬能给个意见吗？
