[VXNA] 建议 vxna 加上评论功能

当用户看完一篇文章后，往往想要在底下进行评论，互动，讨论。

有的博客自带有评论系统，有的没有。

我建议比较好的方式是 V2EX 加上评论功能。可以直接复用帖子系统，即每个博客发生第一条评论时，相当于创建一个新的"主题"。

评论入口可以在本行博客放个按钮或超链接。

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
