[投资] 亲戚开餐馆找投资

有做餐饮的亲戚在成都周边新开一家餐馆，定位中低档餐馆，主打性价比。想找我投点钱，后续按比例拿分红，不参与餐馆运营。看了一下他的测算，我如果投入 50k ，每个月可以拿到小几千，回本也不会太久，他父母和另外一些亲戚都投了，退出政策也比较宽松。这种是不是可以试试水，不知道有没有什么坑
