[浏览器] violentmonkey sync error 问题

暴力猴的 settings sync 是什么逻辑。和 git 应该不是一样的吧
我在 Chrome 的浏览器中 sync 到云盘中，但是我换了个浏览器却没有办法把 settings sync 下来
每次在（ 2/3 ）的时候 就会弹出一个 sync error
我感觉这个 sync 功能应该只是一个 upload 功能

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
