[iDev] 中国区 Apple Developer Program 个人注册一提交就被拒了

今天想注册个中国区个人的 Apple Developer Program ，用之前用了很久的账号注册，直接被拒绝了，原因不明。

后来弄了一个新的 Apple ID ，在手机上通过 Apple Developer app 注册，身份信息填写和自拍照都提交了，然后点击申请，直接报错说：We cannot proceed your request 。操作步骤如下：

打电话给苹果开发者计划支持，得到的回复是，我的 apple id 就是不行，原因不明，再次测试结果也是一样的，大家有遇到这样的问题吗？注册 apple id 要注意什么地方？

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
