[酷工作] 求教：汇丰环球 HSBC 广州 band 5 职位相关问题

我最近收到了汇丰环球的 AVP offer ，职级是 Band 5 。由于年纪也不小了，而且需要搬到广州，所以想慎重考虑签 offer 的事。V 站里应该有不少了解 HSBC 的老哥，希望大家能帮我解答一些问题。

第一个也是最重要的问题是：HSBC 的混合办公模式是如何安排的？在家办公与到办公室工作的比例如何？是否有强制哪天必须去办公室的规定？

第二个问题是：我之前在其他银行工作过，想问一下 HSBC 对上网的限制严格吗？是否可以访问外网？
