[OpenWrt] OpenWRT 环境下 OpenClash 抖音问题

环境：
AP：红米 AX3000
Openwrt （黑群晖从红米路由器接入网线，Openwrt 跑在群辉虚拟机-旁路由）
Openclash tun 模式
客户端：iPhone 13 Pro IOS 17.5 ，手动指定 IPV4 IP 地址、路由器地址、DNS 等
在使用抖音时遇到了评论图片需要加载很久的情况，但是能评论成功，去 OpenClash 日志查看 IP 走的是直连，目前尝试了使用 passwall 、hello world 、hello proxy 插件，问题没有改善。目前怀疑路由器问题或者 DNS 问题。大家有遇到过类似的情况吗？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
