[macOS] 有没有在用老机器的， 2014 年的 MacBook 16G 内存，备用机，哪个系统最流畅？

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014) 16G 内存

主力是 Mac studio ，但是这个笔记本偶尔会用一下，

现在的系统是 Catalina 10.15.7

偶尔用用还不错的，最近升级 chrome 之后，感觉有点卡了

请问是不是降级或者升级一下系统会更好，升一个版本？

或者有别的方案可以优化吗，不改硬件，没有必要了～

让它发挥余热吧

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
