[问与答] 有什么好用的工具可以切割木板/塑料板？

最近想自己装地板，考虑买 spc 石晶地板，但是涉及到切割，不知道有什么适合新手的工具。

目前了解到有：

角磨机 + 木工片（据说非常危险，不敢用

电圆锯 ，转速过快也有点担心😓

美工刀，切不动

手工锯，考虑中，有没有很好用的推荐？
