[Apple] macbook pro14 暗屏，隐约看到光斑

macbook pro14 寸暗屏，突然就暗了，刚开始以为黑屏，后来发现光标会有显示，比如启动时会隐约看到苹果 logo 有片光斑，重启无效，无法进入恢复模式（一样灰屏），外接显示器正常进入系统，但进入恢复模式外接也不显示
