[电动汽车] 关于智能驾驶或辅助驾驶的疑问

使用智能辅助驾驶出现事故是不是车企承担责任？特别是国产那些造车新势力宣传的天花乱坠，为什么不敢宣传承担事故责任呢？

我觉得美国特斯拉 FSD 的模式很不错，订阅并开启 FSD 后买特斯拉车险会有一个极低的价格，相当于车企负担大部分的保费，如果后期自动驾驶成熟完全可以订阅费就 cover 车险，用车成本远低于不订阅 FSD ，实现车企和消费者共赢。

不知道特斯拉中国 FSD 落地会不会和美国一样附带车险折扣，为什么国内遥遥领先的造成新势力智能辅助驾驶那么厉害，应该事故率极低，车险费极低也才对吧？
