[YouTube] 手机端画质“无法调整”，但是网页端可以

如题 部分老视频会这样 但是概率又有点低
同一个视频 同一个帐号 同一个节点 只是设备和客户端不同
手机 平板客户端都不行 画质处会显示“无法调整” 或者就是直接只有“360P”和“1080P Premium”两档
但是电脑网页端可以从 144P 调到 1080P 手机网页端也可以
网页端检查都是 AVC 编码 我觉得没理由有设备不支持啊
完全搞不明白了
