[跑步] 有没有老哥，对我的跑步姿势提一些建议？

跑步几年总觉得和视频里的姿势差的很多，我看他们腿后撩的都要碰到屁股，这是问什么？为什么我的腿抬起的幅度很小，几乎不撩腿？今天特意拍了一下自己的跑步视频。下次在拍个侧面的和前面的视角。
