[问与答] 买房还是租房？

坐标杭州 父母可以出 150w 首付，剩下的自己还房贷，最近看了楼盘总价都在 200w 左右，月供基本在 3000-4000 不等，现在租房，房租在 2000 多，但是怕买了房价还会跌，所以很纠结，求网友给个热心的建议。
