[前端开发] 国内 reactnative 使用 expo 框架到底会不会有什么问题

在国内的 reactnative 网站 https://www.reactnative.cn/docs/environment-setup 。
我看到这句话：
译注：沙盒环境大量依赖于国外网络环境，也不能直接安装第三方原生组件。不建议国内用户使用

我想请教一下我们开发国内应用使用 reactnative 可以用 expo 吗。

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
