[程序员] 求助一个在关于在 Windows 上用 Poco PollSet 的问题

在某些 Windows 系统上,创建 PollSet 会报 Poco::Net::ServiceNotFoundException 异常.目前只在一部分 win10 上复现了,而且出现这个问题的环境可以稳定复现.
