[程序员] 大家用什么网络测速/测延迟比较好的工具呢？

我觉得移动办的 1000M 宽带，感觉实际只给到了期望速度的 1/5 ，而且偶发的随机延迟非常严重 我用的路由器是 TPLINKAX5400, 我觉得路由器上应该没什么问题，当然最好也证明一下

或者大家有向当地运营商投诉网速不达标，延迟严重的经验吗？需要携带什么证据截图吗？
