[macOS] Mac 卡死真的是因为输入法

今天又又又又卡死了，最近基本两三天就卡死一次，刚刚试了下某条评论里的快捷指令，执行完立马就好了。
必须得用快捷指令或者定时脚本，因为卡死后输入不了任何东西，所以也无法执行 kill -9
