[Cloudflare] CloudFlare 不限制 worker 请求？

CloudFlare 不限制 worker 请求吗？即使超过了十万这个限制还能请求？

我用 worker 反代了 onedrive ，到了晚上 cloudflare 发邮件和我说 netcraft 说我滥用叫我删除，然后我上 cloudflare 后台准备删除的时候，发现右上角的今日的请求显示我的 worker 被请求了一百三十万次（后来看 WAF 事件显示其中 120 万次请求来自同一个 IP,被 cloudflare 429 掉了）。

很奇怪，cloudflare 不是应该在十万次请求的时候就停止所有 worker 和 page 的访问了？为啥还能继续？现在我也还能继续访问我的一个 page

Configure browser push notifications
