[酷工作] 为什么招大量实习生或者应届生

公司在暂停社招或者有优化苗头的情况下，却招聘了一大批实习生/应届生，有什么原因，个人猜测：

  • 与政府的合作，政府提供优惠政策吸引企业，企业需要为本地区学校提供工作岗位，提高就业率
  • 可以抵税
