[问与答] 正在戒烟的时候,遇到很烦的事情怎么办?

目前在正在拿强生力克雷 Nicorette 代替香烟,已经 5 天没点一根了。我是来了烟瘾就喷一下,从最早的一天 10+喷到现在次数逐渐减少到 5-8 喷一天,但最近遇到烦心的事情太多了,注意力也不太集中。

周一了,上班很忙/事情太多了+生活上的烦心事,让我今天非常强烈的想去买一包。

求成功戒掉的朋友,能够分享下度过这段时间的经验。感谢
