[问与答] 主动离职真的就无法领取失业保险金了吗？

北京，主动离职，想办理失业保险的时候，公司不愿意把我的社保停保状态修改为“非本人意愿离职”，有其他办法能领取失业保险吗？

话说修改这个对公司是有什么负面影响么？怕我再过去跟他纠缠？说到底公司确实没义务来做这件事，实在不愿意也可以理解。

如果因个人原因主动离职，后面个人问题解决了再找工作又找不到，就只因为上次离职原因为非主动理离就没办法领失业金，这逻辑也说不通哎

彦祖们给支支招呢？
