[问与答] 请问有没有这样的租房 app，租户发租房需求贴，房东去回应

现在的商业化租房 app ，比如安居客、贝壳租房等，都是房东或中介发布房源，租客主动找适合自己的房子。有没有相反操作的 app ，租房在 app 上发布自己想要的房源信息，房东或中介去回应租户的需求？我感觉这样的话，租房效率才高啊，因为市场需求作为驱动因素，租客有需求了，才提高了房东的交房率啊
