[YouTube] premium 账号的 YouTube 的推荐视频 tag 无法使用，有人遇到过吗？

有两个 YouTube 账号。一个开通 YouTube premium ，一个没开。

yt 界面上，最后一个 tag ，英文叫“new to you”，中文应该是“让你耳目一新的影片”或者“发现新视频”。

没开 premium 是正常的，我开了个全新的空白账号也是正常能点进去推荐。但是开 premium 的账号无法使用，点进去网页就会卡住，刷不出这个 tag 的视频列表。

这是什么原理？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
