[生活] 关于风疹病毒，有什么需要注意的？

前阵子在医院做检查测出来风疹病毒阳性，医生说这东西在成年人身上没什么症状，但会影响怀孕，也没什么药治，也没有成人疫苗可以打，可能自己过段时间就好了。

想问问 v 友有没有了解这个病毒的，成年人要如何自愈和防范呢？
