[宽带症候群] 广东移动芒果卡装宽带问题

收到芒果卡之后，迟迟没有装免费宽带的进展了。拨打 10086 ，客服表示小区是商宽，需要找指定人员办，找了指定人员还说本地网点没法办芒果卡的宽带接入，只能找线上客服，踢来踢去真服了。
