如题，之前在学校试过，用手机的移动流量，改电脑 host 和改玩客云机器的 host 都能访问，回家后用联通的宽带，在浏览器访问显示“连接已重置”，ping 域名和 IP 都能正常连接，有什么办法能在不用自己域名和代理的情况下访问吗
