[职场话题] 如何举报公司强制加班？

如题：我朋友的公司每天加班都很晚，基本上都是 10 点下班，而且公司是要求他们必须加班，邮件中有明确要求周几晚上加班必须到 9 点或者 9 点半甚至 12 点

而且还开会说晚上加班到 12 点的同事要表扬，提前走的同事要批评。

我也了解过朋友公司的业务，感觉他们做事效率很低是因为公司技术沉淀不到位，这是加班的一个主要原因，而且人员流失较大，刚招人马上就要上战场那种，加班都是习惯了，而且他们公司好像还没人举报。我想问问我帮他举报在不涉及到他个人的情况下有用吗

补充一点：无加班费...
