[分享发现] 银行卡只能进不能出

如题，中国银行的一类卡，正打算还信用卡，从余额宝里提到银行卡里，还款显示无法扣费

然后发现，连转到其他行的卡里也不给转

最后是一千一千的分次转到同中国银行的另一张二类卡里，但最后的 800 ，转不出来了

我还尝试了再放到余额宝里，结果，上一分钟，从余额宝提到卡里，下一分钟往回转，也是转不回来

联系客服，给的借口是为防止电信诈骗的风控，我 qnmd ，转到同名的银行卡下也能搞成电信诈骗，转到本人支付宝也是电信诈骗

中国经济真的在稳中向好，为祖国点赞
