比如我是后端 Java ，我需要找一个高级前端，但是自己前端水平一般，我要怎么发现人才

我之前去面试，如果我比面试官厉害，他只发现你一部分优点，如果你回答的和他标准答案不太一样估计就过不了， 或者他只考察框架，不问基础知识
