[宽带症候群] CloudFront 限速严重

从最近几个星期开始，凡是套了 CloudFront 的网站都非常卡，测试用例 https://www.cve.org

我尝试了流行的测速工具 https://github.com/XIU2/CloudflareSpeedTest 发现没有 IP 的结果超过 0.4MB/s

多线程下载大文件可以到 3MB/s ，但是浏览网页体验很差 https://images-assets.nasa.gov/video/First-8K-Video-from-Space/First-8K-Video-from-Space~orig.mp4
