[宽带症候群] 同一台电脑，浏览器与 Android 模拟器测速相差巨大可能是什么原因？

电脑是 Windows11 23H2 ，浏览器为最新版 Chrome ，也试过 Edge ，效果一样，测速始终跑不上去。
同一台电脑安装 Android 模拟器，模拟器内通过 Google play store 安装 Chrome ，测速可以跑上去。
家里其他设备通过 WiFi6 连接路由器，使用 Google play store 安装的 Chrome ，测速可以跑上去。

通过这些测试基本可以确定问题在 Windows 本身，有可能是什么地方设置有误或 Windows 祖传屎山发作了吗？

Chrome (Android)
