[iOS] iOS 18 beta 实在拉垮

刚开始升了 iOS 18 体验一下，结果就是发热严重，巨烫
昨晚又 beta 升级了一下，这个新版就是很多 App 闪退，面容解锁卡顿，甚至得不断系统重启，这简直令人崩溃
