[Android] APP 可以重置手机么？

或者说 APP 重置手机需要什么权限？

现有手机内置的重置手机恢复出厂设置功能太啰嗦，总是要反复确认和读秒等待

有没有可能在不 root ，不解锁 bl 的情况下，开发一个可以一键重置手机的 Apk

最好可以改图标和名字，或者接管解锁界面用特定密码触发
