[问与答] 北京银行频繁打电话问要不要贷款, 不胜其烦, 怎么投诉或应对

北京银行(当然也有其它银行, 但是北京银行是打的是最多最烦人的)频繁打电话问要不要贷款, 不胜其烦, 怎么投诉.

每次接电话我都说把我电话拉黑, 以后不要再给我打电话, 但是隔个一两天还是有不同的电话打进来.

最开始一段时间我好声好气说不需要,
再后面几次我说你们银行把我电话拉黑吧, 不要再给我打电话, 但是并无效果.
现在有点生气了.

应该怎么处理
