[Ubuntu] 一到公司就 ping 不通了

主机 win11 ，虚拟机 vmware 装的 ubuntu 20 ，桥接模式，同网段。

在家里可以用 ip 、主机名互 ping 。到公司了就只能用 ip ping ，用主机名就互相 ping 不通。

另外 ubuntu ping 时是加了 .local 后缀的，加不加都 ping 不通。

可能有哪些原因？
