[分享创造] 为 icon 生成网站添加了可以上传自定义 svg 的功能

这是有一个真实的用户需求，上传自己的 svg 图片

目前在测试阶段，自定义的 svg 暂时只开放几个属性

因为目前就使用而言，如果自定义的 svg 修改其他属性，感觉失去了原有图标的特色

后面想要继续深究这个自定义图标功能，或者融合功能

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
