[宽带症候群] 上海联通，坐标浦东， 200m 上传又被上传限速了

几个月前联通运维时候上门拍照过，不玩 pcdn ，最近也控制了 nas pt 的上传速率，最近一两月上传了 1t-1.5t 上传。最近发现上传又被限速了，让联通师傅去查，又被怀疑是 pcdn 。反馈无果，联通让我自己把上传加速包取消，不给我恢复速率。求解
