[酷工作] 职场被直属 leader 针对如何破局

最近遇到一些令人厌恶的事情，公司内感觉自己被 leader 针对了。本人年初被这个有点“精神疾病”的 leader 劝说做项目 leader ，这个项目比较难，在开发期间，与项目 PM 产生了一些争论。于是本周一次开会，这个比说让我把项目 TL 的角色让给另一个人。接着第二天的部门会议就说会有项目奖金激励。麻痹的，这不是明显摆我一道吗。请问各位 V 友们，当下如何破局？
