[上海] 5 号线颛桥找室友

整租下来一间两方一厅一厨一卫，位置在颛桥鑫都城柳案人家小区

正常房间无隔断，民用水电煤，

总面积六七十平吧小房子，两室一般大，大概都十来平的样子，都带个飘窗

步梯 5/6 层

房子 04 年的但胜在干净整洁，简单装修，各种电器虽然老也都有

暂定 2000 一个月，房租方式好说

本人非 IT ，男，大龄，附近航天城上班，不做饭，没啥不良嗜好，偶尔抽但不在屋内抽烟(之前和上海老太太合租好几年呢)

希望室友有稳定职业，不邋遢，最好是一人，宠物的话不要狗，房子太小，猫无所谓
