[程序员] 总是不自觉划水，一点没有写码的动力，是不是有什么病了

总是不自觉就打开了论坛，各类短视频网站。80%的时间都花在这上面。

明明有很多工作要做，就是完全没动力，不自觉的去划水。

我该怎么改变现状呢？球球大佬指点迷津
