[Charles] 在 mac 上用 charles 抓包手机 app 请求的问题

mac 和 iphone 都安装了证书，有些 app 的请求能抓到，有些抓不到，抓不到的说是 app 内部设置了不走系统代理，那么通过 vpn 之类的软件把 vpn 代理到 charles 的代理地址是否可行，用 shadowrock 不行，选 http 连不上，配置改来改去怎么都连不到 charles 的代理上。
另一种方法是 mac 开热点给手机，手机全走 mac 这样就能抓到了，但是 mac 似乎不能连着 wifi 共享 wifi ，只能连着网线通过 wifi 共享出去？也就是 wifi 模块不能同时发送和接收，求大神解惑
