[问与答] xdm，最近几个月看东西总觉得很模糊怎么办

特别是电脑屏幕，一定要调到最亮才觉得能看清，亮度降 3-5 个等级就觉得屏幕很模糊。
前段时间出现过看手机屏幕电脑屏幕就会头晕，缓了一周好了些。现在手机不调到最亮没法看，总感觉自看不清，是只我一个还是都这样？
电脑 MAC AIR ，手机 MEIZU20 C
还是上了年纪？不应该吧我 30 都不到。
