[MacBook] Mac 监管机强制注册如何解决？

闲鱼购入 M1 丐版 MDM 机（企业机、监管机），当时根本不知道这个概念，网上找方法用 Surge 屏蔽了几个 ip 用到现在，刚重启一下，直接跳出了一个无法关闭的强制注册界面，但我 Surge 是开启状态，多次重启可复现，哪位大佬能指点一下怎么办吗，感谢！
